You are extremely important in helping us achieve our goals.
The Broomfield High School Bands appreciate your participation in our Arts and Crafts Fair. Your involvement helps the BHS Band programs by providing some of these much needed items, and can even contribute to "wanted" items to help us improve our program and performances.
Purchasing new instruments
Repairing and refurbishing instruments
Maintaining and updating marching band uniforms
Maintaining and updating concert band attire
Purchasing sheet music
Purchasing marching band drill
Providing transportation to performances and competitions
Helping pay for additional student instruction costs
Providing financial assistance to students in need

If you would like to apply to be a vendor, please download the Vendor Agreement packet below, read through it, then fill out the Vendor Application. Our fundraising staff will review your application and get back to you.

(Small Business Weekend)
We’re working hard to make this a true community event for everyone. In addition to our vendor market stalls, we’re planning activities for children and families, including a photo booth, and a visit from Santa Claus.
As with our Spring Arts & Crafts Fair, we’ll have local food trucks on site to provide food for the community and the Broomfield Band Boosters will be providing snack and drink concessions.
